A new beginning. Hon'ble Minister of Earth Sciences, Govt. of India, Shri Kiren Rijiju, launches the 1st Indian Winter Expedition to Arctic in New Delhi today in the presence of Dr. M. Ravichandran, Secretary, MoES and Dr. Thamban Meloth, Director, NCPOR. It will help increase our scientific understanding and India's stake in the Arctic.
